ANNA SCHULZ is a business trainer / strategic advisor / coach. She has over 14 years of experience working in the HR field.

For many years she led and developed international, distributed teams of HR Managers and HR Generalists (including teams from Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland and Poland), responsible for TA, C&B, ER, Talent Leadership and Change Management. She has achieved success through open communication, partner relationships and work based on growth mindset and engaging people at all levels of the organization.

She holds a degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing (UEK Katowice) and a two-year post-graduate degree in Coaching with Elements of Psychology (SWPS Poznań).

She is currently applying for the certification process for NVC (Non Violence Communication) trainers and is a participant in an intensive mediation course in the spirit of NVC.
