Associated with the Górażdże Group for over 15 years. He started his professional career in sales structures, performing, among others, the position of the head of the sales region. In the years 2003-2008 he was a sales consultant on behalf of the HeidelbergCement Group in Ukraine, responsible for building the sales team and sales processes. He performed a similar role in 2011-2012 in Kazakhstan.

Since 2020, he has been a Board member of Górażdże Cement SA, serving as director of sales and marketing development.  He is actively involved in the works of industry associations, including the Association of Cement Producers and the Polish Green Building Council.

An economist, he graduated from the University of Opole and the Wrocław University of Economics, as well as from prestigious international development programs. He is an expert in sales process management, customer experience, change management and ESG, as well as a business coach.
