A graduate of the Faculty of Transport at the Warsaw University of Technology. Co-owner of the Dr Irena Eris Group.

From 1999 to 2019, he served as Chairman of the General Council of the Lewiatan Confederation. Since 2019, he has held the position of First Vice President of the Lewiatan Confederation. Founder and longtime President of the Polish Union of the Cosmetics Industry, currently a member of its board. From 2006 to 2011, he co-founded and served as President of the “Western Masuria Local Tourist Organization” Association, which aims to support the development of tourism in the western part of the Masurian region.

He was awarded the Knight’s Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta in 2004 and the Officer’s Cross of the same order in 2014. Since 2018, he has been Chairman of the Presidium of the Family Business Council at the Lewiatan Confederation. He is also a member of the Council of the “We Are Together. We Help!” Foundation and the Business Council at the Family Business Institute.

From 2020 to 2023, he was a member of the Economic Council – Advisory Team on Economic Affairs to the Marshal of the Senate of the 10th term. He is a recipient of numerous awards and honors for his contributions to entrepreneurship, social engagement, and support for family businesses. He currently serves as President of the Irena Eris Family Foundation.
