He graduated from the Faculty of Forestry of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. He has been working in forestry since 1998. After a one-year internship in the State Forests, he worked nine years in the Bureau for Forest Management and Geodesy. Since 2008, he has worked at the General Directorate of State Forests, most recently as head of the Nature Protection Department. He currently serves as Deputy Director General of the State Forests for Forest Management.
