She is responsible for sustainable development, stakeholder relations, public affairs and building the company’s reputation. During her career at Żywiec Group, she has held various roles in corporate affairs achieving success in the cultural transformation of the organization, building the commitment of nearly 2,000 employees and managing the communication of transformational programs such as the sale of Distribev and the purchase of Namyslow Brewery. Under her leadership, the Zywiec Group increased its reputation advantage among competitors in the market and implemented new sustainability programs.
Prior to joining Grupa Żywiec, as Associate Director, she led a team of consultants specializing in communications consulting at Havas PR Warsaw, one of the largest public relations agencies in Poland. She is a graduate of the University of Warsaw and a winner of the “TalentsLab” internal talent development program.
