A graduate of the University of Warsaw with extensive experience in environmental projects. An expert for the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the EU in the field of environmental analysis. She contributed to the UNEP Global Environment Outlook 6 report, which was honored with the 2020 PROSE Award (Association of American Publishers Awards for Professional and Scholarly Excellence) in the environmental sciences category.

She has been recognized three times, together with the UNEP/GRID-Warsaw team, with the Polish Minister of the Environment’s award for outstanding scientific and research achievements in the protection, development, and use of the environment and its resources.

She is the initiator of the Partnership for the implementation of the environmental dimension of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) “Together for the Environment” (2016), coordinated by UNEP/GRID-Warsaw. She also co-created—together with Prof. Bolesław Rok—the Climate Leadership powered by United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) program. Since 2023, she has served as a member of the Metropolitan Council.
