Deputy Ombudsman for Small and Medium Enterprises, Doctor of Law, legal advisor, and academic staff member at the Department of Administrative Procedure at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. He was the President of the Employers’ Association of the Lublin Region and a member of the Employers’ Council of the Republic of Poland. He is also a member of the Certification Team for Public Procurement Contractors and the State Procurement Policy Team at the Ministry of Development and Technology, as well as a member of the Advisory Team of the Chief Inspector of Building Supervision. Previously, he worked as an academic at the Department and Chair of Public Health at the Medical University of Lublin. On January 31, 2024, he was appointed as the Plenipotentiary of the Minister of Development and Technology for Deregulation and Economic Dialogue. He is a recipient of the PRO BONO Lawyer Award in 2017.
