Piotr Sabat has been a Member of PKN ORLEN’s Management Board since March 1, 2022. He supervises the areas of property investment implementation, technology development, technology.

He is a lawyer and economist by education, with professional experience covering various management and supervisory areas of companies and functions including Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee of Link 4 Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń S.A., Member of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee of Mostostal Płock S.A., Legal Director in the corporate structure of FM Logistic with responsibility for legal, insurance, risk management and security services, Head of Legal Department of GEFCO Group for Poland.

He is a graduate of law studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lodz, doctoral studies in law at the INP of the Polish Academy of Sciences, doctoral studies in economics at the INE of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Executive MBA studies – a joint program of the INE of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Vienna Institute for International Economic Studies in Vienna (WIIW), postgraduate studies in management and audit at Jagiellonian University, postgraduate studies in debt collection at the Warsaw School of Economics and postgraduate studies in negotiation and mediation at SWPS University.

He also has didactic experience gained from teaching MBA courses at Collegium Humanum – Warsaw School of Management and the Academy of Military Art, as well as postgraduate studies at the University of Management and Law in Warsaw.
