A graduate of the Faculty of Internal Trade at SGH (Warsaw School of Economics), specializing in organization and management. He has been involved in business practice for 28 years, holding managerial positions in various organizations. He has served as Deputy Director of the Żoliborz District Management, a member of the District Board, and Chancellor of SGH.
He specializes in corporate social responsibility and human resources management within organizations. His research focuses on personnel policies in companies operating in Poland, negotiations, intellectual capital measurement, knowledge management in enterprises, and corporate social responsibility. He is the author and co-author of numerous publications in these areas.
He chairs the Entrepreneurship Council at the President of the Republic of Poland. He is a member of the chapter of the “Teraz Polska” Foundation, as well as the Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility Team at the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy. He also chairs the Working Group on University Social Responsibility. He is the founder and a member of the Scientific Council of the SGH University of the Third Age. He chairs the Council of Teachers of the Economic Children’s University and serves as the secretary of the Scientific Committee of the Entrepreneurship Olympiad.
