Author of numerous studies on the development of energy clusters and the PV market in Poland and Europe. On behalf of KIKE, he consulted on the work of the KLASTER project at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. Also as a representative of the Chamber, he participated in the work of the working group of the Ministry of Climate and Environment, co-authoring the report “Recommendations – Fair Transformation”. Experienced manager, specializing in the field of energy project communications. He is a lawyer, a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and the School of American Law Levin College of Law. He is currently responsible for the coordination of the Polkowice Energy Cluster, in an area of 5 municipalities. He is the author of the strategy of this cluster. He is also co-author of the strategy of, among others: Leczna Energy Cluster, Siemianowice Slaskie Energy Cluster, Glogow Energy Cluster, Kaczawskie Foothills Energy Cluster and Leczna Energy Transformation Strategy.”
