He has been dealing with consumer rights for 14 years. On a daily basis, district consumer ombudsman in Wroclaw and member of the National Council of Consumer Ombudsmen.
He is associated with the Aquila Consumer Protection Association, where he is involved in the introduction of innovative projects to help consumers navigate the modern market, standardization of consumer service and consumer education.
