I am a transformation expert, advisor to women leaders, coach (EMCC accreditation) of executives and teams, trainer and facilitator based on the Nonviolent Communication method,
passionate about neuroscience. I have many years of experience in project and team management. I worked in multinational corporations in the ICT sector, such as IBM, Hewlett Packard, Siemens, Nokia Siemens Networks where I gained experience in customer service, marketing, strategic project management. As an independent consultant and trainer, I have led projects aimed at streamlining organizations, building new entities, supporting leaders in transformation processes, supporting efficiency through better collaboration and communication. I share the Nonviolent Communication approach and neuroscience, in order to foster conscious leadership, diversity, engagement, effective collaboration, and stimulate innovation.
