Joanna Makowiecka-Gatza, President of the Management Board of KARMAR S.A. and Linkcity Polska (Bouygues Group), has many years of experience in various market sectors, construction in particular. She served as President of the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. and previously a board member from 2013. She was also a managemet board member at Budimex S.A. from 2008 to 2012 and held managerial positions in companies such as Orange Polska S.A and Japan Tobacco. Joanna Makowiecka-Gatza’s professional experience includes, in particular: creation and implementation of strategies, transformation and improvement of operational effectiveness as well as building and reinforcing a company’s position on the market. She is also a member of the Social Dialogue Council at the presidential office representing private employers and serves as Vice President of the Employers of Poland. She is a graduate of the University of Warsaw and MBA Programmes at Staffordshire University, University of Antwerp and Free University of Brussels. She also completed the Advanced Management Program at IESE University of Navarra.
