A graduate of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. He has many years of professional experience in the power and heat industry in managerial positions. Since 2012, he worked at TAURON Ciepło in the following positions: head of the Generation Planning and Supervision Department, director of Operations and director of the Production Department of TAURON Ciepło. Until February 2021, as a member of the board of directors of TAMEH Polska sp. z o.o. and TAMEH Czech s.r.o., he was responsible for managing the production assets of four thermal power plants in Poland and the Czech Republic.
