He graduated from the Institute of German Philology at the University of Szczecin and completed Executive Master Business Administration – Business Trends at the Wrocław School of Banking, as well as postgraduate studies in Public Administration.
Since September 13, 2021, he has been President of the Board of Directors of the Regional Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Szczecin.
From 2015 to 2021, he served as Deputy Governor of West Pomerania. Represented the government side in the Provincial Council for Social Dialogue. He chaired the Committee for Border Cooperation of the Polish-German Intergovernmental Commission for Regional and Border Cooperation.
Councilman of the Walecki County Council for two terms (2010-2014, 2014-2016) – involved in the work of the Education and Social Affairs Committee.
Married and has two children.
