He is responsible for coordinating the activities of all 3M entities in the Eastern Europe Region with regard to sustainability and relations with key stakeholders and industry organizations. He supports the implementation of 3M’s global initiatives and programs through dialogue with external stakeholders, including public administrations, business partners, industry associations and local communities.

Mariusz is also a member of the European and global Sustainability team at 3M, where he represented the company at the COP global climate conferences in Katowice (2018) and Madrid (2019).

He has also served as Chairman of the Sustainability & ESG Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland for many years, and is a member of the Steering Committee of the UN Global Compact Poland Branch.

Prior to joining 3M, he worked for many years in consulting firms including Deloitte and was a journalist in leading Polish media. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at UKSW in Warsaw.
