Economist with 20 years of experience in consulting, strategic analysis, regulatory and public management. Chief economist at BGK since February 2018. Previously senior economist at PwC Poland co-managing the regulatory team. Long-time associate of CASE (Center for Social and Economic Research) involved in consulting and research projects on Central and Eastern European and Asian countries carried out on behalf of international agencies such as USAID (US Agency for International Development), GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit), DFID (UK Department for International Development), European Commission, World Bank and UNDP. A member of the Team of Strategic Advisors to the Prime Minister of Poland from 2008 to 2010, he was an expert on the USAID advisory team to the President of Georgia from 2000 to 2003. He also worked at the Institute of Educational Research and the Institute for Market Economy Research. He has authored or co-authored numerous scientific publications and advisory reports on macroeconomic, fiscal, and labor market and social policy issues.
