He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Opole and completed postgraduate studies in controlling, capital investments at the Poznan School of Banking, preparation and management of public-private partnership projects at the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as managerial studies at the Leon Koźmiński Academy. In addition, he obtained an Executive MBA degree at this university. Since March 2001, he worked in managerial positions in various areas at Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej S.A. in Warsaw (now BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A.). From 2012 to 2016, he was responsible at BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A for the bank’s operations area, serving as director of the domestic operations department. During this time he was also a member of the bank’s Operational Risk Management and Business Continuity Committee. He is a member of the Cash Trading Team at the Polish Bank Association.
