Graduate of the Higher School of Commerce in Kielce in economics and management postgraduate EMBA studies at the Higher School of Management in Warsaw. For more than 20 years associated with the thermal power industry, where he served as director for technical affairs at the Thermal Power Plant in Starachowice. He was responsible for implementing one of the first telemetry and monitoring systems for district heating networks in Poland. He carried out modernization of district heating networks and the heat source, making Zakład Energetyki Cieplnej one of the most modern district heating companies in Poland. He launched the production of modern district heating substations. He served as President of the Water and Sewage Enterprise in Starachowice, where he led the modernization of the sewage treatment plant which enabled the use of biogas for technological purposes and the optimal use of thermal energy through connection to the municipal heating network. Since 2017, he has served as President of the Management Board of WFOSiGW in Kielce.
