Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology in the specialty of hydraulic engineering.
He has 40 years of experience in the design and construction of hydrotechnical, structural and architectural structures. He is the co-author of dozens of projects including the Racibórz Dolny Flood Control Reservoir, Kuźnica Warężyńska Water Reservoir, Libczyce Water Stop, modernization of the Katowice Water Treatment Plant, modernization of the Brzeg Dolny Water Stop, modernization of the Januszkowice, Wróblin, Zwanowice Water Stops. He holds hydrotechnical and general construction and architectural design licenses. For 25 years he served as a designer, General Designer, Studio Manager and Director of the Project Office, and for 10 years as Construction Manager.

Currently, he is Director of the Investment Preparation and Execution Department at the State Water Company Wody Polskie, supervising investments in water management throughout the country.
