Assistant professor in the Department of Management, WSB Academy in Dąbrowa Górnicza. Member of the Board of Directors of VECP a VEOLIA Group company in Poland. Expert in energy, economic and management sciences. Practitioner, combining many years of professional experience with science.

In his professional career, which he began at the Upper Silesian Energy Company, he worked at many levels of the organization. He has held management positions in corporations such as Vattenfall, Tauron, PKP Energetyka and Enea. He is a member of the Polish Electricity Committee and the Governing Board of the Society for Energy Trading. He is also a member of the IEEE and the IAEE (International Association for Energy Economics, based in Cleveland, USA), an international organization of economists in the energy sector. He is a member of the Polish Economic Society.

He is the author of more than 50 scientific publications in Economics and Management and Quality Sciences. Grzegorz Kinelski’s main areas of research are processes related to sustainable development, decarbonization in relation to changes in efficiency and competitiveness of energy companies, as well as organizational management using cognitive technologies, networking and mobility.
