GRZEGORZ SŁOMKOWSKI

Member of the Board of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency

Since 2019, Member of the Board of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency. Responsible for FDI investments and operational activities of the Agency.

Grzegorz Slomkowski has more than 20 years of experience in finance and general management, gained both in multinational corporations and Polish companies.

He began his career at LG with the company’s entry into the Polish market, participating in the establishment of the company’s first structures and first production plants.

He then continued his work in the Management Consulting department of Deloitte & Touche. He worked in projects related to the implementation of integrated IT management systems, mainly in the financial sphere, as well as in restructuring and organizational consulting.

For more than a dozen years he was responsible, first for finances as CFO, and then for the overall management of the company as CEO of the Japanese conglomerate JVCKENWOOD in Poland and the region. He also held management positions in the European and global structures of the concern.

Grzegorz Słomkowski for 8 years was Chairman of the Board of the Union of Importers and Manufacturers of Electrical and Electronic Equipment – ZIPSEE CYFROWA POLSKA – an industry non-profit employer organization bringing together the largest consumer electronics and IT companies operating in Poland.

For four years he was President of the Board of Directors of a company distributing Clearplex high-technology industrial films of the American company MADICO.

He is a certified change and strategy management advisor to companies, and advisor to technology startups. He participated in building startup companies in the field of telematics and insurance.

Grzegorz Slomkowski is a graduate of: Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology, Executive MBA from Warsaw University of Technology Business School / London Business School / HEC Paris / NHH Bergen, Faculty of Management and Marketing at Warsaw University, MBA from University of Illinois, Academy of Leadership Psychology at Warsaw University of Technology.
