Graduate of the Faculty of Finance and Statistics at the Warsaw School of Economics, and a
doctoral studies at the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw.
She completed postgraduate MBA studies at the Academy of Economics and Humanities in
Warsaw. She was a student of the International Institute for Securities Market Development course,
organized by the US Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC.
She has been involved in the capital market since 1992, initially as an analyst at the Center for
Capital Operations of Bank Handlowy, and since 1999 as an employee of the Stock Exchange
Stock Exchange. At the WSE, she held various managerial positions in business development and sales
sales, worked with investors and entrepreneurs, domestic and foreign, from
various areas of the economy, and was responsible for expanding the product offerings of the regulated market
regulated and alternative markets. She held the position of Managing Director
Development.
Since July 2019, she has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Polish Power Exchange.
From October 2015 to June 2019, she was a member of the Supervisory Board of Bondspot.
Until June 2018, she was a member of the Board of Directors of Aquis Exchange, a company based in
London, serving as Non-Executive Director. For many years, she has worked with the National
Securities Depository as a member of the Advisory Panel.
Since January 2021, she has been a Member of the Academic Council at the Warsaw School of Economics.
In 2022, she was among the 25 most entrepreneurial women in business,
The award was granted by the editors of Gazeta Finansowa as part of the “Pearls of
Polish Business.” In 2023, she was recognized by the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE) in the
Women Leaders 2023 ranking.
