Local government officer, former entrepreneur, hydrogen and modern technology enthusiast. MBA graduate in energy and climate policy management, as well as Executive MBA and University of Szczecin in economics. Since November 2018, he has been a Member of the Board of the Wielkopolska Region, responsible for the economy, environment, sport and tourism in the Region. Since 2019, he has been the Chairman of the Wielkopolska Hydrogen Platform, which is a platform for exchanging experience and initiating actions to build the economic potential of Wielkopolska to become a leader in the area of economy related to the use of hydrogen technologies. He is one of the initiators of the signing of the Declaration on the establishment of the Wielkopolska Hydrogen Valley, enabling the creation of a coordinated and integrated ecosystem of links supporting the development of technology, knowledge, business and education, contributing to the decarbonisation of the economy for climate neutrality, while respecting the social challenges of transition. He has been a member of the Wielkopolska Regional Industry Council of the Future since September 2020.
