He is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering, majoring in thermal power engineering and postgraduate Executive MBA studies at the Gdansk Foundation for Management Education, University of Gdansk and Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management. He is an expert of NOT in the field of energy networks and systems, unconventional energy sources and energy machinery and equipment. He also holds a mining licence in the area of medium supervision with specialisation in energy mechanics
in opencast mines. He has been involved in the power industry since 2008. In 2009, he was seconded for two years to work in the research and development unit of a large energy concern in Sweden, where he led in particular projects in the area of CCS (Carbon Capture and Storage) and renewable energy sources. Since 2011, he has been involved in the analysis of European and national regulations in the field of energy and climate policy and cogeneration and their impact on the energy and district heating industries. For the last 7 years, he has been involved in the implementation of investment and research and development projects in the energy sector aimed at minimising the climate and environmental impact of power generation activities and optimising the economics of business operations.
